We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so please feel free to stop by! We usually have longer wait times on weekends and holidays. If you plan to visit on a weekday, you typically will not experience any wait time to shop. There may be a short wait for your purchases to be assembled, order pickups on weekdays can range from 15 minutes up to 1 hour depending on the volume of orders. On weekends and holidays, we may have a wait list to shop once we reach capacity, which can range from 20 minutes up to an hour and a half. Wait times for order pickups are often longer, ranging from 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. We take our last shoppers for custom jewelry 30 minutes before close to ensure that everyone has enough time to shop, and our staff has ample time to craft their pieces.
