- No refunds for canceling your appointment.
- If you need to transfer your reservation, you must contact us within 24 hours of your reservation via email (tracie.brooklyncharm@gmail.com)
- This payment is gratuity paid towards the staff working the event. Payment in full for customized jewelry will be due open check out.
- This event is credit card only, with options for additional gratuity upon checkout.
- Arrive on time or a few minutes early. It may take up to 45 minutes for you to be seen for your scheduled appointment.
- Limit yourself to 15 minutes to choose the materials for your customized jewelry. Wait time for completion will be 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Please limit yourself to no more than 2 pieces of jewelry made per guest.
