Custom Jewelry orders are cut off for the year
We will re-open online custom jewelry orders in January 2024
Due to our business going viral on social media, we have been inundated with custom jewelry orders that we are flooded with. As a small business, we are only able to process so many orders in a day. We need to take this time to get caught up on the 100+ orders we are working to fulfill.
Once we are caught up on custom jewelry orders, we will open the customization back up. But in the meantime, you are still able to shop our jewelry making supplies. If you make a purchase to be customized on our website, we will automatically refund you and ask that you come back in 2024 when we get caught up on orders.
Processing time for all orders
Our current order processing turnaround time is approximately 25 business days for all custom orders, and 10 business days for supply only orders. Orders are processed in the order they are taken in. Any custom orders purchased with express mail can take up to 7 business days to process the order.
