We are working on updating our online custom shopping experience! 

In the meantime, you are still able to shop our jewelry making supplies and in house jewelry designs. If you make a purchase to be customized on our website, we will automatically refund you and ask that you come back at the end of February.

Processing time for all orders:

Our current order processing turnaround time is approximately 15 business days for all handmade orders, and 7 business days for supply only orders. Orders are processed in the order they are taken in.
